The whole purpose of this site is that it is a virtually facilitated interactive site. You have been selected to be part of an exclusive network because of your particular skills and way of thinking.

The site enables each of you to make a positive personal contribution towards increasing innovation within the group.

We don't want you to just read the content as it is updated each month and then move on. The various pages are thinkpieces designed to challenge you think about issues and challenges the group faces in the near future.

We want you to take a moment to think about the possible future ramifications for you and your group

Then what we would like you to do is add your comments at the end of the items, to add links or reference sources that make us all think more about the issues, to be constructively critical, to suggest things we should think about or look at in more depth.

And we want your ideas about how we could be more innovative in dealing with these issues. And those of the people you work with both within the group and outside.

This is not a passive site. It is highly interactive - and we hope you will take a few moments each month to contribute.
